Casey Kasem was a renowned American disc jockey, actor, and radio presenter who created and hosted several iconic radio countdown programs, including American Top 40. He was also the first actor to voice Shaggy Rogers in the Scooby-Doo franchise and Dick Grayson/Robin in Super Friends. With a career spanning over four decades, Kasem's distinctive voice and charismatic personality made him a household name. He founded the American Video Awards in 1983 and provided many commercial voiceovers, including work on Sesame Street and the Transformers cartoon series.
